Most recently though, I found myself hitting so many hurdles, and just could not bring myself back into alignment. I had fallen and injured my tailbone and was bedridden. Then no sooner had I gotten back up, I became terribly ill and was back in bed, and then yet again, in bed and unable to walk with horribly painful boils in my legs. I was a bit hesitant when she explained the idea of the Bundle, and that I would be more of the guide than her. On some level I think I just wanted her to tell me what was happening and fix it, and it sounded a bit like work to me:) I was wrong. It was BETTER, because every single time I went into a session, even when I went in with no clue on where to start, I was soon closing my eyes and travelling to new depths, releasing blocks and pains in my body I didn't realize were of any hindrance. And EVERY single time, I would find EXACTLY what I needed. The more I let go of expectations and trusted my own guidance, knowing and trusting Tracey is there alongside calmly protecting and co-steering the ship, the easier the answers flowed in.
The energy she put in between sessions was invaluable, and as I navigated the things coming up, sending lengthy emails or just random thoughts, she helped keep me moving forward and sorting through it all.
And after the 6 weeks, amazingly, I WAS BACK! Like I had just fallen off my bicycle and got back up there super eager to get going again. . .now with a new awareness and carrying new tools if I start to wobble. I could think clearly, my body felt light and energetic, and the songs started playing in my head again. JOY was back!

"Prior to receiving my Soul blueprint from Tracey, I was struggling in lockdown. Questioning my friendships and my relationship with myself. I was in a very low place with little to no motivation for life. Recently unemployed as a Technical Project Manager with no prospect for a new role. Lacking direction for where to start looking. The call I had with Tracey has totally changed my outlook on myself. I finally realised who I am. Tracey also completed a House Clearance on our property for us. She confirmed that there are 2 negative blocks on our address for Failure and for Lethargy. These energies had been left by 2 earthbound souls that are stuck at our address. Since she has cleared this for us we have noticed such a difference for everyone in the house! Prior to this I found that the whole house was really sluggish. I would struggle through lockdown to be out of bed before lunchtime. I have now started waking up at 6.30am every morning, refreshed and raring to go for the day. My 10 year old son who could spend all day in bed is now up and having breakfast at 10 on a weekend and so much easier to get up for school in the mornings. We all seem to have so much more energy. I have since spoken to our landlord and they purchased the house from an auction 18 years ago, after the owner had died in the house. She confirmed that her family had all had sleep related issues and there was often a feeling of low energy in the house. He husband also died in the property a number of years ago.

Tracey was recommended to me after a very upsetting experience I’d had when an important notebook went missing. I couldn’t understand how I seemed to have lost it and, after making the best sense of it that I could, accepted it was gone. During lockdown my car wouldn’t start due to a flat battery, was in the garage for repair, and a few days after collecting it I found the lost notebook in the boot. It had been found under the parcel shelf in the spare tyre area - this is a sealed area and I had searched everywhere else. There is no logical explanation as to how it got there. Also, I live in a 120 year old cottage and during lockdown had been experiencing increasing fatigue and a feeling of having a fuzzy head, in spite of adequate sleep - as if some life energy was being sucked out of me. I had experienced this to a lesser extent over the years but a busy lifestyle meant not actually spending such long periods of time in the cottage.
I am very open to everything and the concept of House Clearing made sense, in light of these recent experiences. I spoke with Tracey, who explained clearly about the concept, and she kindly agreed to help. This can be done anywhere, good from my perspective as we are in different countries. She explained I might not notice anything for a few days. However, 4 hours later I noticed my head felt as if it was clearing, as if a mist was lifting, and I have been feeling more clear headed than I have for years. This happened at the beginning of July and I’m delighted to say the clear head has continued since then (nearly 3 months).
